Anthony's Honeypie Café Breakfast

New Years Eve is a day that most people spend with their friends. For our family it is a little difficult because it is Anthony's birthday and that guy is not yet of age.

We usually try to do something special with Anthony during the day before we become terrible siblings and ditch him for our friends.

This year we went to Honeypie

What a happy camper.

Honeypie is known for its variety cupcakes and pies.

Look at this bathroom! Especially the sink.

Can't bear awaiting the terribly delicious food?
Play Trivial Pursuit.

Honeypie supports local producers.

Beermosa anyone?
This is beer and orange juice.
Some of you might know it as a Lunchbox?

Renée and I are very excited about the towel napkins.
For those who take their food eating very seriously.

The birthday boy had the Eggs Benedict.

I had the ham, egg, and cheese on a homemade biscuit with breakfast potatoes.

Anthony's dessert: Cookies and cream cupcake.

After breakfast we had to run errands and get things ready for Anthony's party.

I made a chocolate cake with peanut butter frosting for Anthony's birthday.

The rest of the night was spent having shenanigans at the house and Renée and her Ben and I left to ring in the New Year with our friends.

We ditched Anthony like the terrible siblings we are.

Happy New Year! I hope it is a blessed one!
